This program provides an overview of the claims handling process, from initial notification to resolution, and how your claim professionals evaluate, investigate, and resolve claims efficiently. The session will also cover early circumstance reporting and communication best practices. Design firms will understand their role in the claim process, and how collaboration with the claim professional and defense counsel can result in successful claim resolution in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
